How do I get a quote?

Email through a few photos, or fill in the quote form on our website. Either way, you'll get a flat-rate quote before we start — no call-out fee just to find out the price.

Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?

Flat rate, always. We quote by the job, not the hour, so you know the full cost upfront and there's no surprise number waiting at the end.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Every job is covered by public liability and goods-in-transit insurance, so your property — and ours — is protected.

Can you do same-day moves or junk removal?

Accepted Answer

Most jobs can be booked and completed the same day. If it's urgent, just say so on the quote form and we'll do what we can to fit you in.

What areas do you service?

We're based in Melbourne and cover the CBD and surrounding suburbs across every major region — inner city, eastern, western, northern, southern and the Mornington Peninsula. Search your suburb in the Service Areas section on our homepage, or just ask on the quote form.

Do you move interstate as well as locally?

Yes — local and suburban moves, plus full interstate relocations across Australia. We handle the route planning and paperwork so it's one less thing for you to worry about.

Do you provide packing materials, or do I need to pack everything myself?

Both are available. We offer a full or partial packing service with quality materials included, or you're welcome to pack yourself and we'll take care of the move.

Does the junk you take away all end up in landfill?

Landfill is our last resort, never the first. We sort what we collect and donate or recycle as much as possible — furniture to charity, metal and e-waste to recyclers — before anything goes to landfill.

Are there any items you can't take for junk removal?

Accepted Answer

Most household and commercial junk is fine — furniture, appliances, general rubbish, green waste and more. A few restricted items like asbestos, gas bottles or hazardous chemicals need special handling, so check with us before you book if you're not sure.

Do I need to be there on the day?

Not necessarily for junk removal, as long as access and scope are agreed beforehand. For moves, we recommend someone being on-site at both ends to confirm everything's accounted for.

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day and next-day slots are often available, but if you have a fixed moving date, book as early as you can — weekends and end-of-month are our busiest times.

Can I change or reschedule my booking?

Yes — just email us as early as you can and we'll find a new time that works.

Do you offer a discount for new customers?

Yes — first-time customers get 30% off their flat-rate quote. Just note it on the quote form.

Can you move specialty or fragile items like pianos?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pianos, pool tables, antiques and other awkward or fragile items need specialist handling, and our crew has the equipment and experience to move them safely.

Do you offer storage if I'm not ready to move everything in straight away?

Accepted Answer

Yes — short and long-term storage in a secure, monitored facility, with flexible month-to-month terms.
